The restaurant that we reviewed this week is pretty well-known for its Schnitzel. As a matter of fact, The Goni’s Schnitzelria owned the bragging rights to be the Biggest Schnitzel in Sydney, probably matched by the Schnitzel Challenge by Austrian Schnizelhaus.
Our preferred choice was the plain veal schnitzel with mushroom gravy. We also went for the Chicken Manya schnitzel which is topped with a sauce of blended black beans, beef, chorizo and peri peri mayonnaise.

Everyone loves a good chicken schnitzel and the schnitzel from The Goni’s Schnitzelria is unlike any other. Firstly, it’s the size of 6 normal schnitzels but secondly, you can get some crazy topping combinations inspired by all different cuisines from Italian to Mexican.
Goni’s I found out. It’s got more than schnitzels, I opted for the seafood soup. Now that was a hearty meal. It felt like an endless pit, so tasty and filling . Worth it on a cold or rainy day. Absolutely Yummi.
